1. BINDING EFFECT

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“you” or “user”) and AIDIGITALMARKETINGAGENCY.IO (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). Subscription-Based Products and Services:

If you purchase subscription-based products or services (listed below), you agree to the following terms:

Automatic Recurring Billing: You authorize AIDIGITALMARKETINGAGENCY.IO to automatically charge your credit card or other payment methods for the subscription fee on a recurring basis until you cancel the subscription.

Billing Cycle: Your account will be charged every 30 days for monthly subscriptions.

Non-Refundable Fees: Each automatic recurring billing of the subscription fee is non-refundable and will not be prorated, as the service is considered used upon access.

5. LICENSE

No Ownership or Additional Rights:

You acquire no ownership, license, or other interest in any patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights related to the Content, Site, or Service. You also acquire no rights or licenses to any trademarks, service marks, trade names, or copyrights displayed on the Site.

Prohibited Actions:

You may not:

Reproduce, republish, distribute, assign, sublicense, retransmit, sell, or prepare derivative works of the Site or Content.

Resell or make our Service available to others without explicit written permission from AIDIGITALMARKETINGAGENCY.IO.

All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement remain with AIDIGITALMARKETINGAGENCY.IO or its licensors.

Termination of License:

Obligations Regarding Confidential Information:

Non-Disclosure: You agree to receive the Confidential Information in confidence and will not publish, copy, or disclose it without prior written consent from AIDIGITALMARKETINGAGENCY.IO.

Prohibited Actions: You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or ascertain the source code of our software or any other software provided under this Agreement.

Permitted Use: You will use the Confidential Information only to the extent necessary to use the Service and promote your business in accordance with your agreements with AIDIGITALMARKETINGAGENCY.IO.

Prevention of Unauthorized Disclosure: You will use your best efforts to prevent unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information to any third party.

Restrictions on Use of Confidential Information:

You agree not to use the Confidential Information, alone or in association with others, to:

Solicit or facilitate the solicitation of any employee, affiliate, or customer of AIDIGITALMARKETINGAGENCY.IO to alter their relationship with us.

Solicit for employment, hire, or engage as an independent contractor any person employed by or under contract with us during the term of this Agreement (except for individuals whose employment or contractual relationship with us ended one year or more prior).

Solicit business from or perform services for any customer, supplier, licensee, or business relation of AIDIGITALMARKETINGAGENCY.IO, or induce them to cease doing business with us.

Ownership of Confidential Information:

You do not acquire any rights or interests, by license or otherwise, in or to the Confidential Information, except as expressly provided in this Agreement.

All originals and copies of the Confidential Information remain the property of AIDIGITALMARKETINGAGENCY.IO.

You must reproduce all copyright and proprietary notices on any permitted copies of the Confidential Information.

Upon request, you agree to return all originals and copies of Confidential Information in your possession or control to AIDIGITALMARKETINGAGENCY.IO.

Liability for Breach:

You shall be liable for any breaches of this Agreement and any unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information.

Legal Compulsion to Disclose:

If you are compelled by law, regulation, or legal process to disclose Confidential Information:

You must promptly notify AIDIGITALMARKETINGAGENCY.IO to allow us to seek a protective order or other remedy.

You may disclose only the portion of the Confidential Information legally required, as confirmed by a legal opinion from your counsel at your expense.

7. USE OF THE SITE, CONTENT AND SERVICE

You may only use the Site, Content, and Service to promote your existing business, as expressly permitted in writing by AIDIGITALMARKETINGAGENCY.IO. You must not cause harm to the Site or Service. Specifically, but without limitation, you agree not to:

Interfere with the Site or Service: Use viruses, programs, or technology designed to disrupt or damage software or hardware, or attempt to assess the vulnerability of or violate any security feature.

Unauthorized Access: Access content, data, accounts, or servers that you are not authorized to access.

Co-Branding or Framing: Co-brand the Site, Content, or Service, or frame the Site or Service without prior written permission.

Unauthorized Hyperlinks: Hyperlink to the Site or Service without express prior written permission from an authorized representative of AIDIGITALMARKETINGAGENCY.IO.

Unlawful or Immoral Use: Use the Site, Content, or Service for any unlawful, immoral, or prohibited purpose under this Agreement or applicable laws.

Damage or Overburden: Use the Site, Content, or Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or overburden the Site or Service.

Circumventing Security: Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security feature of the Site.

Unauthorized Communications: Transmit advertising, promotional, or unauthorized communications, including junk mail, surveys, spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.

Incorporation of Data: Incorporate data from our databases into emails, white pages products, or services without prior written consent.

Non-Disparagement:

You also agree to take reasonable steps to prevent others from making such statements. Your phone number is 100% secure and will never be spammed.

Your phone number will never be shared, sold, or provided to any third party, person, service, or company.

Purpose of Alerts:

You will only receive important VIP alerts and notifications, such as updates about new training opportunities, live webinars, or other exclusive content.

Message Frequency:

You may receive up to 4 messages per week.

Message and Data Rates:

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier.

Unsubscribing:

Carrier Liability:

Wireless carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

9. USER CONTENT

User Content refers to all content created by you, including but not limited to:

Audio, video, images, photographs, logos, illustrations, animations, and tools.

Written posts, comments, data, text, software, graphics, scripts, themes, and interactive features.

Important Note: Once you post User Content on a blog or make it available on the Internet, it may be practically impossible to remove all copies of it.

License to AIDIGITALMARKETINGAGENCY.IO:

By posting, downloading, displaying, performing, transmitting, or otherwise distributing any User Content to the Site or Service, you grant AIDIGITALMARKETINGAGENCY.IO a:

Transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license (including the right to sublicense).

This license allows us to:

We intend to cooperate fully with law enforcement officials or agencies in investigating any violation of this Agreement or applicable laws.

Monitoring and Enforcement:
